Feature request: switch accounts by keyboard shortcut

I see there's lots of handy keys to control corebird, but one thing that seems to be lacking is account switching.

Pressing <Ctrl-K> will open up the "switch accounts" menu, but then the best course of action seems to be using arrow keys and enter.

Perhaps it would be nice if the accounts were numbered, so you can hit <1>, <2>, etc... to jump directly. If these numbers were reliably ordered every time, then maybe a series of shortcuts could be further added of <Ctrl-1>, <Ctrl-2>, etc.. to jump directly between accounts.

Really, swithing accounts shouldn't happen that often and it requires quite some work to set up the streaming connection, etc.

I switch accounts quite a lot; it seems to work fine for me. I'm not asking for any new actual functionality, simply a slightly faster way to use the keyboard to access the very buttons I press on the screen right now with the mouse.

all I'm asking for is <Ctrl-K><1> instead of <Click on the Switch Accounts button><Click on the first item in the menu>
