Make existance of replies clearer

The blue bar at the top of a tweet and the fact that you can scroll to make them appear (but without it being a normal scroll action) isn't clear. It would be useful to make it clearer that they're there, e.g. a full width link/button saying "Show replies".

Might be possible to merge/resolve along with #369
