Add a heading to the page

Would be nice to add a # CHANGELOG heading to the page so it renders nicely in Obsidian Publish.

I'll include this in the next release. Does it make sense to have Header and Footer inputs in the settings for full customizability?

I think a heading setting would be nice, yeah!

Probably the most generic way to handle it would be to passing a template in with {{CHANGLOG}} replaced with your string but that is probably overkill.
