Not able to see Slider if Distance is veryLess

Handle not Come when I am giving area to Minvalue- 951 and max value- 4291. then I am able to see only Sliderline . But when I am giving misvalue -951 and max value to 25000 , then slider works perfectly. Please help me regarding this. it's very urgent.
