I am no longer able to maintain this project

I have moved on from CPanel a few years ago and I no longer have access to an instance. As such, I am no longer able to test and iterate on this project on my own.

I think the best course of action would be for me to archive this project. If somebody is willing to step up and fork this project, you have my blessing.

I run two Cpanel based hosting accounts, and I use the certbot/certbot-dns-cpanel combo once every three months. That said, I'm quite unsure what would be the good way to properly test this codebase short of slapping together a mock ACME server.

@Znuff currently only @badjware can promote releases to pypi, so if i'd merge the PR you'll have to install the plugin from VCS (git repo)
