[Visual Studio Marketplace | Open Vsx] Add extension size badge

It doesn't matter for which service add a badge, since I publish the same .vsix to both. See motivation in https://github.com/eclipse/openvsx/issues/367. And even if openvsx adopt this, I don't expect it from Visual Studio Marketplace UI.
