[FR] Support for disk images in IPF format

It would be great if uae3ds could also read disk images in IPF format. Many copy protected disk images are only available as IPF.

FS-UAE supports IPF via a plugin called CAPSIMG, which is even available in source code. Therefore, it should be possible to include it in uae3ds as well, not necessarily as a plugin, but maybe compiled in.
