Make what is a 'detail' configurable

The option 'Sneak to show details' is a great way of cleaning clutter from the rendering. However, the definition of what is a 'detail' is predefined by the mod.

It could be argued that things like block position, powered status for redstone components, etc are not 'details', but important info, while other things like 'connected: true' or 'direction: WEST' are 'details'. Of course everybody will have a different idea of what is a detail or not, hence it should be configurable.

A possible way is to have all button where features can be turned ON/OFF be tri-state buttons where clicking toggles between ON/OFF/SNEAK.
