Links not added to the history table

When i tried to open new links, these links are not added to the history at run time please need modification.

When try to open history of past hour it only shows links having very small differences which means that if i opened link at 6:18 and another at 6:19 the history past hour table only shows 6:19 but not the 6:18 link

But this problem happens on run time......when we rerun the program last entry in the past hour is not there but it should be there ...but it is showing in today history....
