Add mode "recent" to meta stream

Currently the meta stream selects the active stream source by priority. Add a mode parameter to the meta source with the options priority and recent, where priority is the currently implemented default and recent selects the active stream source that switches from idle to playing. If on server start more than one source is already playing, the source will be chosen by priority.
