Start stream sources as required

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I would like to run a few different snap servers but it would be usefull wrt server resources to only connect those servers to streams when a client connects.

Describe the solution you'd like It may already be possible with stream sources but I dont see how. Is it an option that could be added to the process type?

Describe alternatives you've considered I can think of no alternatives. I dont think this information is accessible anywhere

I'm using mpv as process stream for HTTP radio and it would be nice if the process gets suspended if no client is streaming from that source so the radio stream will not be downloaded all the time.
