Might be a lame question, but I was wondering if there is any quick way to make Venn diagram from pirate output?

Off the top of my head, I'm not sure. I found this (https://github.com/hartmann-lab/BE_ISS_pangenomes/blob/eb9d3c33189c3e09dfa4d6f63bbac22ff375ebb0/code/R_scripts/comparing_pangenomes.R#L1318-L1349) but its using ROARY output.

I this would be a useful feature though.

Ok thanks, I'll give it a go on ROARY. Yes would be handy to have some visualization tools added, like Bandage etc. https://github.com/rrwick/Bandage

Also, I can see you are already considering adding CheckM output to the summary tool so looking forward to that as well.. Loving it so far 👍
