[Contributors] Self service as a foundational Dev Portal principal - how we used it to scale design consistency while minimising cognitive load for contributors and adopters.
Context - The design approach, design considerations and assets we created to promote self service design direction and architectural consistency in the absence of full time design resources.
We want to share the lessons we learned and give you our design assets, hopefully we can help reduce cognitive load for you and your customers too. Maybe 20 min
[Adopters] If I can get this PR https://github.com/backstage/demo/pull/65 for the Demo site in place I'd like to do a live upgrade of the Demo site to 1.6.0 to show how getting automation in place will make upgrades much easier. Would only need 10-15 minutes.

Hey, can you shoot me an email? [email protected]
@solid-state58 See you tomorrow on the Zoom link! Can you send me an email at [email protected] so that I can send you a calendar invite?
@awanlin I see the PR is not merged yet.

This sounds like a good idea to talk about anyway. Can we merge the PR locally for a demo-ish effect? I think your thoughts will come across anyway. :)
@OrkoHunter that would work expect I'm actually away on a work trip and won't be able to attend tomorrow :(
No worries @awanlin ! Have fun :)
Would it make sense to show off a new plugin in one of the sessions? We are working on an s3-viewer plugin that is almost ready to show off . (Likely not in this session, but maybe the next one? We haven't made the plugin public and thus open-source yet.)
/cc @ivangonzalezacuna (who has written most of the plugin)
That sounds exactly right @heyLu ! Would love to get a glimpse even if it isn't open source. Otherwise, next month!

Next month then, but here's a single screenshot as a very small glimpse. :)
Done!
