It would be great to have a rollup changelog for the workspace. The idea would be that there would be one changelog in the plugins workspace folder that gets generated/updated when a plugins Version Packages PR gets merged. This would make sharing details about a release easier.

A rollup changelog for the entire workspace

👎 Current Behavior

There is no rollup changelog for the workspace which means you need to look at each of them

📃 Provide the context for the Bug.

Was trying to promote the recent releases of the Linguist and Azure DevOps plugins when I realized there was no easy way to link to all the changes. I needed to link to the frontend and backend changelogs individually
