🚀 Feature: TechInsights Plugin Enhancement to show related Facts or Metrics

🔖 Feature description

The TechInsights plugin is great. We're looking to enhance the out of the box ScoreCard components with additional view that includes related Fact information for each Check. I see a couple of options here:

  • Configure an existing boolean check with the source Facts that it is using and query the backend for the Fact data.
  • Add a new numeric type "metric" check that doesn't return True/False but instead returns a value within a set range

Looking for any feedback or suggestions before contributing...

🎤 Context

Our usecase is to use the Scorecard functionality to show a richer set of data. For example - if some owned components are not used in systems, or if some used systems don't have appropriate owner metadata. A richer interface that provides a customizable click through experience to action the problem would be more useful than the current out-of-the-box functionality.
