EntityFeedbackPage renders an empty state if the entity does not have feedback annotations

👍 Expected behavior

The page should render even without annotations. Jira/email should be optional for feedback as the feedback is saved to database.

👎 Actual Behavior with Screenshots

Missing Annotation Some annotations out of feedbackType, feedbackHost, feedbackEmailTo, jiraProjectKey are missing. You need to add proper annotations to your component if you want to enable this tool.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Add EntityFeedbackPage to entity page
2. Go to entity page without the annotations
3. Go to feedback tab
