Upgrade to 8.4.8 the version of the used mermaidjs library

Thank you for the extension :-) I've just upgraded the used mermaidjs library to the current latest version. I've tested it in Chrome, Firefox and Opera, and it seems to work ok.

@chechu There seems to be a problem with the sequenceDiagram in this build. Even just adding the participants would show an error. image

@chechu Created a PR to resolve the issue. https://github.com/chechu/github-mermaid-extension/pull/1 @dgow Created another build from the PR so that sequence diagram is also supported. chrome-withfix.zip
