Issue #3119875: Add tests for DrupalRequestSanitizer to Drupal 7 has basically added https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/blob/7.x/includes/request-sanitizer.inc with dc2c0c3257, which is meant to be the same as the tests we've added with https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop/commit/ae93eccb2aafb58e887ec5acf4c46b53b6963f67#diff-4fa64da2406497325271e58ee7eb243dfbef3ec876715b8953859490ae357242R2507.

At first look, it seems that our tests might be slightly less, but I could be wrong about it. @quicksketch or anyone else should confirm.

I think that https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/commit/23b14e9dfc87bff0429a2d2e6470475e48de4d30 is N/A to Backdrop. We have https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop/commit/62a34fcfd736d43395b59e2fd59f830c63601241in place since 2016 + tests for it, and no problems reported.

I could be wrong though, so need someone to double-check and confirm.
