The module Blizz Vanisher was a port from Drupal 7 of the module of the same name.

The README has the message:

Please note that this module is released in Backdrop Contrib for reference purposes. A new version with the name GDPR Cookies is being published for use in Backdrop.

GDPR Cookies is being actively maintained and is a better name for two reasons:

• It more accurately describes the purpose
• 'Blizz' does not relate to a library in the module; the library Tarte au Citron is used.

I have referenced GDPR Cookies in the two stale issues there and closed them, transferring a feature request across.

Therefore, please Archive the module.
