Bounty I have a tiny budget to pay for this (GBP25) if it would help give an incentive!

Explanation This module allows a checkbox and link to a Terms of Service node to be added as a pane in the checkout. I would value this module being ported, but also to help with my learning as I need to create something similar to add a checkbox for 'Gift Aid', a UK tax relief mechanism for charitable donations. I have tried using the Coder Upgrade module and although that made a good attempt at upgrading the code, it doesn't work in that the config options are not saved to the db. I'm hoping that this would be a simple upgrade.
