**Additional thoughts *** A core Help module would be useful to provide help through the Backdrop GUI admin pages. As a default the help could possibly display the readme file from the module or theme and may allow elaborating on that. It might also include links to the backdrop project page for the module or the github wiki page.

The contrib advanced_help module may be the palce for extra help to be displayed.
