Create a "Backdrop Readiness Tool" module for Drupal 7

How about if we had a module for D7 that when installed, would make a list of all enabled contrib and core modules and check whether these have been ported to Backdrop. Then it would report back to the site admin (via email and/or site status page) a percentage of how ready their website is to move to Backdrop?

If we are not violating any rules, we could be gathering stats about which modules have not been ported in say sites that are 98% ready and then focus on porting these first.

Thoughts? Any takers?
