@XCruiseTV try generating the password with "BF97" suffix instead of "6FF1" - so "6F30YB2-BF97". Worked for me and I've lost hope already. #134
Thanks @plizonczyk much appreciated! This also worked on my Latitude 7480 which gave a 6FF1 code but the generated code did not work but the BF97 code worked first time with CTRL+ENTER :)
Unfortunatelly, on my E5470 DVLPSF2-6FF1 (bios 1.21.4) any generated password 6FF1 or BF97 did not work. any other suggestion?

What type of keyboard layout do you have? Also don't forget to press Ctrl+Enter after entering password!
