Source incompatibility in Scala 3.3.x for `LitSeq`

Scala 3 Open Community Build has found a compiler regression in this project build logs related to LitSeq type. After minimisation of the problem, team decided that it would not be able to preserve source compatibility for this case. https://github.com/lampepfl/dotty/issues/18223 You would need to modify the code, when upgrading to Scala 3.3.0
