Automatic BMI Calculation

Wondering if it would make sense to allow as an option, automatic calculation of BMI, if a height and weight were both entered on the same day. I can calculate these myself and enter them manually, but I already have all the height and weight data entered, so it seems like Baby Buddy ought to be able to do this for me.

As a secondary option, it would probably be good to allow selecting the US customary calculation rather than the SI calculation, if the heights and weights have been entered in US units.

This would rely on having defined units for weight. I have generally always avoided units but these days I am more open it. See #689 as well.

And if we did add something this I’d be more inclined to pick a unit and enforce it (rather than have a US customary vs SI config).

Instead of an option for the calculation, why not just a global option, similar to what Home Assistant does:

For the most part, all entries could then have units auto assigned based on this setting. There is still some ambiguity here, however (should solid food be entered as weight or volume), but I think if there was a second input next to the amount, it would not be much of an inconvenience. Something like this: Where the "oz" is filled out automatically because I chose US customary units. Then, if I wanted to change this to "tsp" or "cup", I could easily do so.

I think that enforcing a unit system might be a nonstarter for some users, but that's just like, my opinion.
