This issue is about a broken documentation link. The "Bug report" template was the closest match I could find...
The README file of the NPM package @babel/helper-validator-identifier says:

This links to https://babeljs.io/docs/en/babel-helper-validator-identifier, which doesn't exist. It would be great if you could fix the link so that the documentation is accessible.
