Publish proposals on the website?

I think it would be great to have a proposal page on the Babel website. What do you guys think?

I was wondering what everyone thinks about keeping a JSON representation of the individual proposals in this repo, and generating the README based on that. That way the formatting is kept standard, and it's easy to publish on the website and elsewhere.
