Add an execution bit (+x) to httstat.sh

Unfortunately Github doesn't allow to submit this kind of PR.

Could you please do a chmod +x httpstat.sh; git add httpstat.sh; git commit; git push? This would allow to use httpstat.sh without explicitly specifying bash interpreter.

Kinda followup to #4.
