Emoji codes (eg :smile:) are inconsistent with "emojify."

Emojify uses different codes to emoji-cli so the example given in the readme file does not always work!

Eg.

How should I handle this kinda issue? If you find something wrong I'd like you to give me pull request! Thanks

Should be fixed by using PR 17's new variable to output emojis instead of the markdown variant
