Tab out the field and zero at first in day part issues

Great work. two issues though:

1. When you tab out the date field the picker still stands and doesn't close.
2. If i enable the "observer" and enter this date: 1390/12/10 the picker not reacting and not picking the corresponding date, it also stands for like this dates 1390/12/20, 1390/12/30. The problem is with zero at the beginning of the day part.
