change data attribute after component initialize

Hi, Is it possible to change (update) data attribute after component initialize?

Hi, I config startDate to 1395 and endDate to 1396 and unfortunately Days shifted by one! For example 1395/09/25 is Wednesday but right now show me Friday! How could I fix it?
