Wheels for Python 3.13+

I use this library in assignments for a university course. Unfortunately with Python 3.13 or later it is no longer easy for students to install (for example, with the current Anaconda distribution). For now I can tell them to use Google Colab, but that will also switch to Python 3.13+ sooner or later.

I hope that wheels for newer Python versions will be released, because this is a great library!
