Use phone icon to identify app

When viewing the app in the Playstation 3 and other media servers, can send an icon representing the app. Currently set to default Platinum UPnP image.

Could not get the image to show up by replacing the default library images. For now, just removed the icon fetching code so the console's default icon shows up.
