Use forked ARKit library

Currently using Zac's ARKit. Use http://github.com/nielswh/iPhone-AR-Toolkit as a submodule.

Moving this to Future as the transition isn't seamless. Nielswhi's kit offers its own functions for presenting the view and it's main Controller extends NSObject, not UIViewController.

Now using Zac's AR Kit as a git submodule instead of being copy/pasted files.

Either user Neilswhi's or mtigas's forks. Or another active fork that's stable.
