V2 API Review

The target is to have a clean and maintainable public API surface.

What we did so far (21th of February):

Used the following regex to identify public API: public [\w|\s]*(interface|class|record|struct)
DiffMarkupFormatteris internal
NodePrintExtensionsis internal and we removed some methods that weren't used anymore

Do we want FindComponents to be IReadOnlyCollection instead of IReadOnliyList which it is now?

Why would the order matter to a user anyway? How can the user know the order in advance and what to expect?

Forgot what the docs said :D well ignore that comment and ordering makes sense!
