[Feature] Manage followers and followings

This is a feature request -- the ability to follow and unfollow people, as well as list who is following you, and who you follow.

I think this feature request is outside the scope, isn't? I mean, I do that stuff with original InstaPy.

"original" If you look on #1 you can see that this is an evolving project and the name not changed, yet.

However, speaking aside from boring comments, instapy-cli is moving its engine to a better and stable package, instagram_private_api, that enable it to do more things than just "upload a photo".

So for the moment is not planned this feature. I want to make it stable and solid to use in many cases.
