Improve game overview after game is completed

After a game is finished, all tricks are shown in the table panel. This view should be extended with the following additions:

• the player cards should be shown in the respective player panels
• the original / discarded skat cards should be shown, too
• in Schieberamsch games, the skat should be shown for each step
