If you're manually linking the device libs for some reason, you need to add oclc_abi_version_400.bc.
The ROCm 5.2 libraries are built with the ROCm 5.2 compiler, and the build wouldn't have gotten very far if all the device code failed to link. Something must be...
I don't recommend that. I recommend using the clang and LLVM that comes with ROCm (usually found in /opt/rocm/llvm/...).
Those are all handled automatically by the clang toolchain (assuming you are using the right clang). Please give the recommended compiler a try.
