Where is config.fish

I cannot find config.fish, I don't think it exists.

The files is located at ~/.config/fish/config.fish. If it doesn't exist, create it

I created "config.fish" and added the text line (3 row) but i get this error ->

"~/.config/fish/config.fish (line 3): 'end' outside of a block end ^ from sourcing file ~/.config/fish/config.fish called during startup source: Error while reading file '/data/data/com.termux/files/home/.config/fish/config.fish' "
