Add the option for Auto Wallpaper intervals less than 15 minutes

WorkManager only has a minimum interval of 15 minutes so some logic needs to be added to support intervals less than that

  • Add option to use interval of less than 15 minutes using AlarmManager
  • Add warning that it might have a negative effect on battery life
