I encountered the same problem and after several reinstalls of IntelliJ I did take a look into the logs. Luckily IntelliJ notices that the GUI is hanging for some time...

Yep I will do it. I didn't notice the edit option.

Took some time because I had other things going on. I took the liberty to use @JasonLG1979 s comment as a basis for the wiki change.

I just read [here](http://developer.android.com/intl/es/reference/android/net/wifi/WifiManager.MulticastLock.html), Android supports Multicast. You just have to obtain a lock. This should allow a pure-Java PGM implementation for Android.
