Control the Vertical Positioning of Notes Manually

Right now, the notes are automatically arranged so that they're all visible. However, it may be beneficial to be able to either set all, or just override some, of the vertical positionings of the notes.

Considerations

• If users have set the vertical positionings of a few notes, then decide they want to automatically arrange them, then go back, the set vertical positionings should probably still be there. This would allow users to toggle it on and off without losing potentially a lot of work.
• Users should be able to easily clear the set position for a note, in case they want just that note to be automatically arranged
• Automatic arrangement should move other notes around the manual positions of notes.

Questions

• Should the vertical position be set for the note forever, per open timeline, per property, or per property within each timeline?
