怎么确认图片是否完全下载成功？

我这边是用lua生成的缩略图，原图需要从fastdfs下载下来处理，但是，实际使用中有时候会出现下载到一半的图片被生成了缩略图，我想确认下有没有办法确认图片被完全下载？我好检查这个值，再生成缩略图，如果有的话？请教我下谢谢
