Day 2 - Create Functions Project UI changed

In day 2 we create a local functions project with VS Code. The UI has changed since the screenshots were made. The functions project can be created by opening the command palette with crtl+shift+p and searching for "Function create new project ...". We should consider adjusting the instructions.
