[BUG]: Setup screen error message for password not matching is in a different language when English is selected

What happened?

On the setup screen the error to inform that the password is not matching appears to be in a different language.

What should have happened?

The error text should be in English.

How to reproduce the bug?

1. Do a clear install of Cosmos Cloud
2. Set language to English (UK)
3. Proceed to Admin account step (4/4)
4. Enter a password which does not match

Relevant log output

Other details

I have not tried this in English (US).

Also, the error message for "password must be at least 8 characters" is in lowercase, which is unlike the rest of the error messages on the page, which all begin with a capital letter.
