Add prettier & eslint configuration for client folder
Hi !
I added an eslint and a prettier configuration file, so that all the contributors will have the same configurations.
I also added the scripts to run them on the whole client folder.
We require contributors to sign our Contributor License Agreement. In order for us to review and merge your code, add yourself to the .clabot file as contributor, as a way of signing the CLA.
