Support pnpm! Couldn't get bessonovs' version to work

Just tried https://github.com/Bessonov/set-project-references but it didn't work for me.

pnpm shouldn't be so different to yarn, you have just to get for values with workspace and check the hard link or not?

btw, is npm 7's workspace support any good?
