Method applicable to all carriers: Viettel, Mobifone, Vinaphone. All subscriptions have or don't have internet.

1. Required Equipment: A phone with a sim card of the carrier to scan, a laptop or PC, or an emulator.
2. Programming Skills: Mobile and desktop programming.

Steps to Follow:

1. Each carrier and each network package will scan SNI using different protocols, such as v2ray, SSH, Psiphon, etc.
2. Create an account on free server websites like SshOcean.com for v2ray, SSH, Psiphon, etc.
3. Ensure the account can connect to the internet by entering it into the corresponding VPN app for testing. Use a network that has internet access to test the account.
4. Share WiFi from a phone without internet to a laptop or PC.
5. Identify the IP address range of the carrier to be scanned. Each carrier will have a public IP address range. A sim card without internet from one carrier cannot connect to and scan the IP addresses of another carrier.

Important Step - Scanning SNI:

1. Download the source code of v2ray, SSH, Psiphon client, etc. on a laptop or PC. There is a lot of open-source code available online.
2. Find the part of the source code that enters the SNI. Add code to input the IP range of the carrier mentioned above.
3. Add code to capture the connection result, check internet connectivity, and insert a test record on your own server. Many free servers are available.

That's it! When everything shows success, you've found the correct SNI.

Remember, if someone says something is free, it might just be as free as rainwater and bird poop - not necessarily useful. 😄

Bonus: For example, this method has scanned and found the SNI for Viettel with no internet subscription on 10/2022 125.235.36.219, which worked for a year. 😄
