Remove strict requirement of local lmd config

I am using LMD via grunt, so all my configs in Gruntfile, but due this requirement i has to create an empty .lmd/build.json file.

I this case build option is also useless due grunt has Multi Tasks;

I see that for this problem is still no a fix? Not very convenient when using the grunt to keep like folder
