Modified Theme can convert to Atom format

Any idea why this won't convert? Throws parse error, but this was a mod from another theme.

I download the them and when I tried to run: apm init --theme Lacoste2-Minty-Night --convert Lacoste2_Minty_Night.tmTheme and it throws error: Cannot read property 'foreground' of undefined
